Listings

$150 for Standard Package.
$300 for Deluxe Package.

Fee to be Invoiced Upon Listing Entry.
No Extra Cost to Update Listing Details, Enter Open Houses & Agent Caravans, Update Pricing, or Submit Withdrawals.

The Listings Coordinator will perform the following activities based on the package selected:

 

Standard Package

  • Input listing details and property description into FMLS and Georgia MLS.
  • Organize and upload photos to the MLS and include virtual tour links, if applicable.
  • Upload disclosures to the MLS.
  • Setup ShowingTime, attach disclosures, and merge listings.
  • Assign Supra lockbox to listing.
  • Submit required paperwork to the brokerage and follow up on any action items.
  • Order seller coverage home warranty.

Deluxe Package

  • Includes all Standard Package activities.
  • Pull a copy of the deed, legal description, and plat.
  • Send introductory email to the seller that summarizes the upcoming listings process and prepares them to complete their disclosures.
  • Prepare listing agreement and required disclosures, and send to seller to complete and sign.
  • Confirm necessary signatures and initials are in place to ensure file compliance.
  • Schedule property staging, photography, and pre-listing inspection, if requested.
  • Order yard sign and lockbox installation.
  • Compose the property description for the MLS public remarks.
  • Email seller that listing is live, send link to listing, and explain ShowingTime process.
  • Create property flyer and social media graphic.

Optional Extras

  • $25 to write captions for the photos in MLS.
  • $25 to create property flyer (included in Deluxe Package).
  • $25 to create social media graphic (included in Deluxe Package).
  • $25 to organize offers and create a multiple offer comparison spreadsheet.
  • $50 to create a home showing book that includes listing details, disclosures, and area information.
  • $50 to create and order postcards (plus printing and shipping costs).
  • $50 to create a listing performance report that summarizes listing activity, showing activity, showing feedback, and marketing activity.
  • $50 to re-enter a withdrawn or expired listing.
